Answers about storage sizes, security, access, and pricing at our El Mirage and Tucson facilities.
What types of storage do you offer?
Two Arizona locations. El Mirage offers RV, boat, and covered vehicle storage with covered and uncovered spaces from 10x20 up to 12x40. Tucson offers climate-controlled (air-cooled) self storage units from 5x10 up to 10x30.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
Yes, at our Tucson location. Air-cooled units hold a stable temperature year-round to protect electronics, wood furniture, documents, leather, and antiques from Arizona heat and humidity.
Is there a dump station for RVs?
Yes. A free RV dump station is available to every tenant at our El Mirage RV and boat storage facility, at no extra charge.
How secure are your facilities?
Both properties are fully fenced with electronic keypad entry and a personalized access code. We use security cameras, bright lighting, and an outside security firm that monitors overnight.
What are your access hours?
El Mirage gate access is 5am to 10pm, 365 days a year. Tucson gate access is 7am to 7pm. Office hours are posted on each location page.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Storage is month-to-month. You can cancel when you no longer need the space.
How much does a space cost?
Pricing depends on the location, size, and whether the space is covered. Call El Mirage at (623) 535-9137 or Tucson at (520) 623-1414 for current rates and availability. New tenants get 50% off the first two months.
Can I rent a moving truck?
Yes. Our Tucson location is an on-site U-Haul dealer, so you can rent a truck for your local move or to haul oversized items.
What can I store in an RV or boat space?
RVs, travel trailers, fifth wheels, boats, utility trailers, and other vehicles. Covered spaces are 12x30 and 12x40. Uncovered spaces range from 10x20 up to 12x40. Call us with your rig length and we will match you to the right space.
